Afghan Entrepreneurship Grant Competition – Round 4
The Afghan Community Entrepreneurship Grant Competition offers Afghan refugees and immigrants in St. Louis the opportunity to start, strengthen, or expand their businesses. With a focus on community development, this initiative helps Afghan entrepreneurs build businesses that create employment opportunities for new arrivals and support the local community. The program offers a $15,000 grant to 10 entrepreneurs, providing much-needed financial support for those who have moved to the U.S. after August 2021.

- Pitch Day: September 9, 2024, 2:00 PM – 5:00 PMOn Pitch Day, candidates will present their detailed business plans to a panel of judges. This is an important milestone where entrepreneurs showcase their business ideas, outlining their vision, financial strategies, and how the grant will be utilized to grow their businesses.
- Ceremony Day: September 20, 2024The Grant Award Ceremony will take place on September 20, 2024. During this ceremony, the winners of the grant will be announced, recognizing their hard work and future contributions to the Afghan and St. Louis communities.
